A return to wonder

Openness and wonder are the key elements of the first face of Curiosity. Embodied by the energy of the maiden, this element is all about exploring, questioning, gently challenging and experimenting.
It's also about playfulness, being open to life's simplest pleasures; looking for glimmers and reflecting on appreciation for what you have over dwelling on the gap of what is missing.
Here is where we can begin to find understanding through knowing.

Innsaei Journey
Innsaei is an Icelandic word that can be translated as "the sea within", "to see within" and "to see from the inside out" - in simple terms, it means our intuition but it also means so much more. It is a concept I love so much, I got it tattooed on my arm as a reminder to trust my inner knowing!
This 21 minute workshop will introduce you to the concept and some ways you can apply it to support you to open up your inner world. Includes a short guided meditation.
