Beliefs, Mission & Method
Rooted in purpose, guided by curiosity, dedicated to you
welcome to the heart of my work
This is where my values, mission and method come together into my guiding philosophy. Each belief, each principle, and each practice I hold is dedicated to creating a world that celebrates and supports your unique journey.
Here, you’ll find what drives me, how I approach growth and self-connection, and the ways I aim to support you in living fully, unapologetically as yourself.
core beliefs
I believe in building a world where every person is celebrated for their uniqueness and cherished for their differences.

My commitment to intersectional feminism recognises that all oppressions are interconnected. I aim to uplift and amplify voices that too often go unheard because true equality is incomplete if anyone is left behind.

I stand with the trans community, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and everyone who chooses love, identity, and authenticity.
Gender is self-defined, and everyone deserves respect, protection, and a place to belong.

Love is love, trans rights are human rights, trans women are women, trans men are men and non binary humans are exactly who they say they are.

I believe that Black lives matter, and I am committed to being actively anti-racist in my practices. This means challenging biases, amplifying Black voices, and dismantling structures that perpetuate systemic racism.

I reject the hustle, burnout, and conformity of traditional work culture. I prioritise self-connection over self-sacrifice and believe in doing business with compassion, collaboration, and joy.
beliefs in action
As an AuDHD coach, I recognise the beauty of neurodivergent minds. I see ADHD, autism, and all neurodivergent identities as sources of strength and creativity.

When it comes to collaborations, partnerships and working opportunities, a values alignment is important for me.
I don't work with businesses or individuals who cause harm to marginalised groups; support those who do cause harm or incite hatred. This includes expressing sexist, racist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic, fatphobic or otherwise hateful views.
As a coach, I endeavour to create an environment for my clients & community that invites and inspires them to take bold action, whilst honouring their own lived experience and desire for safety.
I recognise that being a good ally takes action and practice, not just words. I'm aware that I am an imperfect work in progress, still figuring things out as I go and always looking to learn from others.
This is a space for those who value purpose and authenticity over profit-driven grind.
In this space, identities aren’t fixed boxes but fluid expressions of our truest selves. I honour all journeys and provide support for each person on their unique path to self-discovery.
my mission
I am dedicated to supporting late-diagnosed neurodivergent business owners in replacing the overwhelm of hustle culture with the magic of self-connection.
My mission is to help you embrace your uniqueness, thrive in your business, and connect deeply with yourself without the burnout of societal pressures.
Through compassionate practices—self-connection, cyclical living, shadow work, and project management—I guide you toward a life and business where you can be fully, unapologetically you.

In a world where differences are a strength, I’m here to help you find your place, your power, and your peace.
Inclusivity isn’t just a principle; it’s an approach that considers all minds and honours each individual’s way of being.
Together, we build a community where differences are a strength, not a divide—where each step is a choice toward connection, compassion, and solidarity.
my method
I believe curiosity is the most transformative path to self-connection, empowering us to explore, embrace, and embody our truest selves.
This is the journey to authentic belonging, not conformity.

Curiosity for Understanding. Curiosity invites us to see our unique traits not as flaws to fix but as strengths to understand.
For late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals, it’s about exploring identity with compassion, free from the need to mask or adapt.

Curiosity for Acceptance. True acceptance arises from the courage to explore every facet of ourselves.
Through self-care and shadow work, curiosity becomes an act of love, making space for both light and shadow.

Curiosity for Embodiment. With understanding and acceptance, curiosity moves us toward full self-expression.
Here, you become more present and aligned with what truly matters, embodying your authentic self in life and work.

Curiosity as the path to Belonging.
Belonging is not found externally but cultivated within by embracing every part of who you are.
When you lean into your unique self, you uncover spaces where you are genuinely seen, valued, and accepted.

In my work, curiosity is more than a tool; it’s a philosophy, guiding you to live as you truly are, not as the world expects.
