This notice explains how I collect, use and look after your personal information when you work with me or visit my website. I care deeply about privacy, dignity and consent. My intention is to keep things clear, grounded and respectful.

What information I collect
I collect the information you choose to share with me, which may include:

Your name and contact details (email, phone number)

Information you share with me during coaching sessions (your reflections, experiences and what feels alive for you)

Notes I make during or after sessions to support continuity and care

Payment and billing information when you purchase services or programs
How your information is stored
I store information in a few places:

A handwritten notebook that I keep securely in my home

Google Drive for any digital notes or documents
I also use trusted platforms to run my practice:

PayPal, Stripe and GoCardless for payments

Thrivecart Learn as a client portal and resource space

Wix to host my website
These platforms each have their own strong privacy and data protection policies. I do not store your card details myself.

Session recordings
If we agree to record a session for your personal reflection and integration, the recording will be stored securely and shared only with you. I keep recordings for up to 3 months after our work together has finished, then I permanently delete them. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner at any time.

I use your information so that I can:

How long I keep your information
Different types of information are held for different lengths of time:

Coaching session notes: up to 3 years after we finish working together

Financial and payment records: 6 years (to meet HMRC requirements)

Session recordings: up to 3 months after we finish working together
After these periods, records are securely destroyed.
Sharing your information
I do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. The only situations where I may share information are:

If I am legally required to do so

If there is serious concern about harm and I need to seek support to keep someone safe
Your rights
You have the right to:

Ask for a copy of the information I hold about you

Request corrections if anything is inaccurate

Ask for your information to be deleted where appropriate
