Access to Work coaching for ADHD, Autism & AuDHD
Struggling to navigate your career as a late-diagnosed ADHD, Autistic or AuDHD adult in the UK?

It can feel lonely and frustrating trying to figure it all out when you’re AuDHD (ADHD + autistic).
But here’s the good news: You don’t have to do it on your own, or burn out trying to mask your way through it.
Maybe you’ve been bumping up against barriers, feeling stuck in a rut, struggling to feel seen and heard or simply dreaming of something bigger, Access to Work coaching offers practical tools, gentle accountability and solid strategies that meet you exactly where you are.

It’s fully funded, flexible coaching support designed to meet the needs of neurodivergent people like you thrive at work.
Access to Work (ATW) is a government-funded scheme that means you might be eligible for free coaching that’s totally tailored to you. Yep, that’s right - fully funded support to help you feel more at ease, more in charge, and more you in your career.

Access to Work coaching is all about making the workplace work for you, not the other way round.

how to apply for AuDHD coaching support
-
First, check if you’re eligible for Access to Work funding via the gov.uk website. Yes, there’s a form, and yes, it’s a bit of a faff, but the admin is worth it for the support it could get you, promise
-
When applying for access to work coaching, you may be asked to provide three quotes from accredited ADHD or Autism coaches in the UK. If that happens, get in contact and we can have a chat about what you need and how I can help. Simply book a call via the button below to begin
-
Once your funding is approved (hurrah!), you’ll choose a coach who offers the kind of support you’ve been allocated
-
If you decide to work with me (yay!) we’ll co-create a coaching plan that actually fits you, not just your job title or diagnosis, but you in all your glorious, messy, brilliant realness
-
Then it’s time to make the magic happen. When we work together, you’ll get personalised tools, strategies and ongoing support to help you feel more grounded, more resourced, and more like yourself at work.
This isn’t a corporate tick-box or cookie cutter solution.
It’s practical and magical.
It’s personal and tailored.
And it’s all about helping you show up with more confidence, clarity and calm.
what to expect from Access to Work coaching
Something I want to be very clear about - this isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about backing you,by reminding you of your strengths, connecting you back to what’s possible and reminding you what you are capable of when you have the resources, support and direction you need to thrive.
Coaching gives you the space, tools and support to make work work for you.
Here’s a flavour of what we can explore together:
-
finding tools, systems and rhythms that suit your brain (not someone else’s idea of productivity)
-
navigating change with confidence - a career shift, promotion, business plans or figuring out what’s next
-
building confidence and learning how to advocate for yourself without burning out
-
understanding and working with your neurodivergence, instead of trying to mask or push through

We go at your pace: Your intentions, your needs, your version of success.
No hustle, no “boss babe” start the day at 4am and smash it vibes - just grounded, gentle support that is sustainable and motivating.
...wondering what we could work on together?
Every coaching experience is unique and you’ll have your own journey. However, there are a few common themes I often explore with Access to Work coaching clients:

time management, organisation & prioritisation:
Neurodivergent brains often get pulled into distraction, hyperfocus, or shiny-interesting tasks and away from what’s “important”.
Together we’ll explore ways to create structure without rigidity, be effective without burnout, and stay on track without the overwhelm.

spacious structure and routine:
Many AuDHD folks crave routine but resist it at the same time - it can be a real internal tug of war. We’ll find playful, flexible ways to build rhythms that feel good - expansive, not constraining.

people pleasing, perfectionism & procrastination (the 3Ps):
These show up a lot, and can lead to burnout, self-doubt and fear of failure, especially if you have a strong sense of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) which can make experiences that feel like judgement, criticism and rejection truly painful and something to be avoided at all costs.
With coaching that provides support for masking burnout and rejection sensitive dysphoria, you'll experience a gentle, curious space understand and try new approaches

taming your demons:
Whether it’s your inner critic, saboteur or mean girl - that voice holding you back and brining you down is loud.
We’ll bring compassion and curiosity to what it’s really trying to say so rather than trying to ignore it, you can gather strength and understanding from it.

If any of the above is resonating you - then please know you are not alone and I'm here to help.

meet your AuDHD coach (that's me!)

I'm not just trained in this stuff, I've lived it
I’m late diagnosed autistic, have ADHD, and am (probably) dyspraxic. I get what it’s like to navigate a world that wasn’t built for our brilliant, complex brains. I also know it's not always about putting a label on things, and more about understanding and embracing your unique needs, perspective and strengths.

I’m also an accredited coach with specialist training and certification in neurodivergent coaching and supportive practices such as EFT and Meditation. I bring a trauma-informed, person-first and values led approach to everything I do.

Before coaching with late diagnosed neurodivergent women, I spent 20+ years in project management and senior leadership in the UK public and private sector. I know all too well the dance between high-functioning and high-exhaustion, especially the crippling feeling of being found out as a fraud or not good enough - feeding the burnout boom and bust cycle on repeat.
Now, I help folks like you untangle from that cycle and create a work life that actually fits.
