Together, we’ll explore how rejection sensitivity shows up in your life, identify triggers, and co-create a personalised plan that helps you process emotions without letting them define you.

1. Pre session prep pack for maximising results. Once you sign up, you’ll receive:

  • Pre work questionnaire to gently but boldly explore your triggers and the themes of your RSD experiences as well as connect with what it may be blocking you from achieving 

  • A link to book your session where you can choose a time that suits you. Please note, your pre session questionnaire must be completed at least three working days before our call so I can prepare to provide you with the best experience.
     

2. 120 minute RSD deep-dive session:
 

  • A personalised, one-to-one session (online, plus the replay recording & transcript) to explore your unique experience of RSD.

  • We’ll use your pre session questionnaire to laser in on triggers, unpack emotional patterns, and co-create strategies that fit your life—so you can move forward with calm, clarity, and confidence.
     

3. Personalised resilience plan:

 

  • You’ll leave with a clear, personalised step-by-step plan tailored to your needs, complete with actionable techniques you can use immediately.

  • No fluff—just practical tools for real-life moments.
     

4. Two weeks of on the go support
 

  • For two weeks after your session, you’ll have direct access to me via Voxer for real-time support, cheerleading and troubleshooting.

  • Share wins, ask questions, and get personalised advice as you put your resilience plan into action.

...and I work with late-diagnosed neurodivergent business owners who feel paralysed by rejection sensitivity and overwhelm. 

 

Together, we turn that freeze response into clarity and calm, creating pathways to connect with yourself in ways that feel supportive, not draining.

Using my own lived experience as an AuDHD midlife woman plus my coaching training and 20 years of project management experience, I offer a unique blend of practical tools and restorative practices that empower you to stay grounded and focused on what truly matters—without burning out. 

 

My approach draws on gentle yet effective self-connection strategies, combining restful, playful rituals with tools designed for real-world results. This isn’t about masking or pushing through; it’s about working with your natural rhythms and needs, so you can feel at ease and in control of your path, even in the face of intense emotions.
