A deep dive coaching series for late-diagnosed neurodivergent midlifers who are ready to stop struggling with executive function and start working with their brains - not against them.

You know what you need to do. So why the hell can’t you *just* do it?

You’ve got ideas and plans. Big ones. A business you actually care about. A career that feels good. A life full of joy. You want to get things done, but somehow, the wheels keep spinning, and before you know it, you’re lost in a weird combo of procrastination and panic.

  • Plans? What plans? They disappeared somewhere between scrolling TikTok and deep-diving into a random new hobby
     

  • Your to-do list is the length of a novel, and yet, somehow, none of the important stuff gets done
     

  • Every decision feels like an existential crisis and you feel 100% responsible for everything and everyone, all the time.
     

  • You’re stuck in a loop of burnout, avoidance, and beating yourself up for not being “better.”

 

You’ve tried all the planners, productivity hacks, and accountability methods. They work for a bit… until they don’t. And then you think: "well, obviously, I’m just a disaster person who can’t function. It's me, I'm the problem" - cue the spiral into overthinking, shame, and self-doubt.

Here’s the truth: You don’t need more willpower or better organisational skills. You need a way or working (of being) that actually works for your neurodivergent brain.

What if getting sh*t done wasn’t a constant battle?

Advice to Neurodivergent folks often sounds like: Just try harder and do the thing!

 

But if you’re an ADHDer, have Autism or even the wonderful contradicting combo that is AuDHD, then that way of thinking is more than likely going to end up with you feeling more frustrated, stuck and overwhelmed because trying harder is not the answer for you.

This coaching flips the script.

 

Instead of forcing yourself into neurotypical productivity models, we focus on what actually makes action possible - nervous system regulation, the right resources, and clear intentions.

 

When those are in place, action stops feeling like a battle and starts feeling possible.

Here's how it works

First things first - I'm not a guru on the mountain with a big book of secrets to share or "one weird trick" that is suddenly going to undo years (decades even) of deep seated toxic productivity and hustle culture thinking. Sorry, but there is no magic bullet.

What I do have are tools, resources, practices and rituals (so, a little bit of magic) to support you in deepening your understanding; warming up your self acceptance and exploring self expression so you can ultimately find true belonging.

If your nervous system is all over the place, your brain is not going to cooperate. We start by:

  • Spotting your stress patterns and executive function roadblocks
     

  • Building a regulation toolkit (not just deep breathing - actual strategies that work for you)
     

  • Learning how to shift out of overwhelm and shutdown in the moment

You don’t have a too lazy or too stupid to get things done kind of problem - You have a resourcing problem. Together we’ll:
 

  • Figure out where your time, energy, and attention are disappearing
     

  • Put actual systems in place (ones that work with your brain, not against it)
     

  • Design ways of working and being that match your energy levels, not some mythical “perfect” version of yourself

  • Clearing distractions and breaking the cycle of avoidance
     

  • Setting and protecting priorities (without guilt or perfectionism)
     

  • Using decision-making frameworks that stop overthinking in its tracks

Most productivity coaching expects you to force yourself into a rigid system. That doesn’t work for neurodivergent brains.

Regulation tools to help you shift out of stress and shutdown. Neurodivergent nervous systems can swing wildly from under-stimulated to totally overwhelmed. By learning how to spot your own stress responses - freeze, fight, flight or fawn - you’ll start to feel more in control. It’s all about befriending your nervous system, not battling against it.

 
Energy-first planning methods so you stop burning out. Decades of masking, people-pleasing, leaky boundaries and doing it all alone? No wonder you’re knackered! This is about flipping the script. We’ll work with your energy rhythms and capacity, not against them, so you can build a way of working that sustains you, and has room for joy. 


Support for motivation crashes and rejection sensitivity. Losing focus, getting distracted or being “too sensitive” aren’t flaws - they’re real parts of your neurodivergent experience, especially in midlife. We’ll create tools, rituals and resources to support you through the dips, so you don’t lose momentum every time life wobbles.

 

You’ll leave with a personalised framework that makes executive function challenges easier—not just a quick productivity fix.
